Its name (which is French for ‘hay bale’) immediately calls to mind the fresh outdoors and enormous hay bales scattering farmland, and our connection to nature. Hand-rolled and crafted to resemble a log, Le Ballot is truly a product of the land we are so proud of. A nod to our roots, and symbolic of our art, the Le Ballot offers up a fresh taste of butter. Semi-soft, lined with a layer of vegetable ash. Woodsy and vegetable aroma.
