Seven generations. That’s how long the Dubois family has lived and breathed the Appalachian Mountains.

Our fromagerie is defined by our dynamism, and recognized for the energy and vitality of our entire team. Our group is united, and the people who comprise it are both valiant and resourceful. On a daily basis, we inspire one another, and Rang 9 is synonymous with novel ideas aimed at developing new cheeses and new ways of making them.

Leaving behind a responsible carbon footprint is a priority for us, so we have created a system which respects the world around us.

• Using whole milk, hailing from local farms, with the goal of reducing transport distances;
